Yubini and his team did an amazing renovation of our home. He coordinated the full Reno, from flooring to cabinets and countertops, showers, painting, electrical and plumbing. Yubini was very responsive from the first time we did a walk through to the last days on our job and even after our project was finished to make sure we were happy with everything. His pricing was up front and fair and he stuck to the budget. We asked for our job to be done in a certain time frame, and Yubini and his team worked extremely hard to meet it. His tiler and cabinet person are incredible and can do anything you ask for. We will definitely use Beach City in the future and have already recommended them to our friends and family.

I normally don't write reviews, but Oscar and his team deserve high praise on their work to install our new flooring. We just moved into our new home in San Clemente, and Oscar was extremely flexible to help us pick out our floors over the phone with some help from friends, so we can schedule the work the day after we arrived. We went with the Oasis Rainbow Collection (wheat) and are so happy with the finished product. Yubini was the lead on this project, and his team completely the entire job in 3 days! They completely ripped our the old flooring, installed the new luxury vinyl flooring, installed baseboards around the entire area, and built the skirt and risers on the stairs (their suggestion) that came out fantastic. The estimate was very affordable for quality work. I highly recommend Beach City Flooring!

Came to Beach Cities Flooring to check out samples before I sent my husband in to pick one out, Edward was so nice and helpful and we look forward to working with them in the future! They had an excellent quantity of quality flooring, and the samples were large so you could really tell the details in the flooring you were going to choose.
